Potato wedges are personally not my favorite out of these 3 but a lot of people love potato wedges. I think they are very good but not the best. I will give you a recipe that is pretty quick and doesn't take that long to prepare. Still a very good option though with some sort of garlic paste with a dipping sauce. The key to some good fries is definently how you cook them. They are still really good when they aren't hand cut but if you can hand cut your fries it makes them taste so much better. All of the best old school hot dog places serve fresh cut fries. Some of the best fast food places and resturants
